Brother took fathers job after his death and got house on his name

Our father was a government servant. We are 5 brothers and sisters. The eldest brother got the fathers job and there after he also transferred the house in fathers name to himself. Now our mother is alive and she has no means to continue livelihood. What action can she or we take?
