दाखिल ख़ारिज अभी बाक़ी है तो रजिस्ट्री कैंसिल हो सकती है या न्ही
Agar aapke bhai ne bina aapki consent ke undivided agricultural land bech di hai, toh ye sale voidable ho sakti hai, kyunki undivided property ke sale ke liye sabhi co-owners ki consent zaroori hoti hai. Agar दाखिल ख़ारिज (mutation) abhi tak nahi hua hai, toh aap turant objection file kar sakte hain. Court me jaa kar sale deed ko challenge karna padega, aur prove karna hoga ki bina aapki marzi ke ye sale ki gayi hai. Aap partition ka case bhi file kar sakte hain, taki property ka share clear ho sake weak ho sakta hai.
