Brother harassing my mother after father demise

Sir recently my father died now my brother is torturing my mother to empty room cupboard for his son and he is also telling that my father has promised to give rent to my mom he will not give that to my mom he is not following instructions written by my father all property belongs to my father
If there is the Will of your Father and in that will the beneficiary is your mother then you'll have to go for probate of the said Will.
If the deceased father has expired intestate, in that regard you and your mother have to go for letters of administration. With regards to your brother capturing all the property that belongs to your father and not sharing rent, in that regard, you'll file a partition suit.
