Brother executed gift deed in his daughters name without NOC

Sir, My grandfather and his brothers partitioned their properties in 1935. My petarnal grandfather's purchased 15 survey numbers out of his personal income for his own in 1945 . In 1980 his brother executed registered gift deed half share only in one survey number in favour of his daughter with out any AUTHORIZATION from my grandfather and with out any title, possession and enjoyment stating it is joint family property. It is still in our possession & enjoyment Done filed suit declaration for title & division in court, trial going on, kindly suggest some SC and AP HC judgments in our favour
