Bought property from joint owners we also want joint ownership

Religion Hindi We purchased two houses registered ion the name of two brothers on JDA LAND Which is in the joint names As now we are Sr citizens we want it's division. Pl advice how it could be done
since Hindu if the property is registered in both your names as you are brothers then in case you do not have any other siblings then you can go for an agreement called " family agreement" on min 1000 rupee value and get it registered under 17(d ) of Registration Act.

You should apply mutually along with map as you want division of house before JDA and JDA can passed order regarding same division,
