Bought flat now the project is cancelled how can I recover the amount

Hello i want to seek advice regarding my property. The project is mantri city led by sunil mantri group. we have booked a unit (flat) there in 2013, bt few months ago we came to know that there is no construction running at the project site.Then we came to nw that the entire group n the projects got cancelled becoz of the heavy debts n the mater is running in the court.Now pls guide what should we do...i have invested all my saving in the project.pls pls let us know wat should we do now.
