Bought a property but company not giving documents of the property

hello sir , I had buyed a property in 2016 to the company .it been long time and they are not giving me rights to make building and not giving documents as well . what should i do ?
If you have already paid the consideration amount and they are not transferring the property in your name then you should file a suit for specific performance of contract. It would be better if you made the transaction through online method to prove that you have already paid the consideration amount and there was a written agreement.

Firstly told me that if you purchased it means you whole soul absolute owner that property. Then how is possible that company will stay you for making construction. Second thing you have your original sale deed
