Bought a house now temple committee claiming rights over land

Hi sir, I own a house in Hyderabad, I brought land in 1999 and constructed house in 2004, I had taken home loan in 2003 and closed it in 2013, I had taken mortgage loan in 2017. Now the problem is, my house is near to a temple, the temple committee is saying that the land belongs to temple as it has been donated by the land owner in old days, no information known to us regarding that. But the land documents are clear so that we got loan. I request you to suggest. What should I do now. I had constructed 3floors building in that land.
You can file a case in court stating that you are the owner of the property and you are in possession of the property since the day you have bought it and some people are trying to encroach on that property

you can file a suit for declaration and permanent injunction against that committee and restrain them from interfering with your title and possession and then you can have peaceful possession and enjoyment

You have to file the civil suit for injunction against Temple and its managing committee to restrain them to interfere in your property and declare you as legal owner of the property , if your documentation is perfect then ad interim injunction order is granted on same day of filing the suit.
