Hi, Our family property is under dispute, my brother tried to get the documents signed by mother forcefully and emotionally blackmailing her. How can I intimate society to not make any changes in the ownership or grant any NOC on that flat without informing me.
Immediately appoint an Advocate and send legal notice to the society and your brother on your objection to the transfer.
Then, you will have to file court case and take stay order against the brother and the society to stop the transfer.
