Both parents are expired without transferring the property to any

If both parents are expired,they owned a flat,they don't make nomination.our society had transferred flat in my brother's name,I had provided noc,so now is it necessary for me to present for registration in case of sale of flat
Both of you should have get heirship certificate from the Court. Then get record change as per court order in Society, Property Tax Department and wherever necessary. This would help you to secure your share in the said property.
