If your neighbor has violated the order of temporary injunction passed by the Court then you can initiate contempt proceedings against your neighbor. You need to initiate the said action at the earliest time possible to get relief from the Court. Feel free to contact me for seeking any legal advice/assistance as regards the same.

Since your neighbour has violated a court-granted temporary injunction by using the septic tank near your borewell, you should immediately file a contempt of court petition in the same civil court. Contempt of court is a serious offense and the court can impose penalties or order the removal of the septic tank. Also, collect any evidence such as photographs or witness statements to support your claim. Protecting your water source is a matter of public health and safety, so prompt legal action is necessary.
