Booking apartment in Bangalore wanted legal opinion

We have booked flat in Mysore road. This flat constructed on granted land. this land was granted to owner in 1959 by government of Karnataka. This land is sold to builder in 2002. They started construction in 2017. I have doubt this land comes under ptcl act. Builder not providing the caste certificate of owner. Saying they don't have it as it is very old. The land is granted with Form 2 with title deed for original owner. Will this land comes under ptcl act or not I wanted clarification

Hello I have gone through the query. Kindly furnish the title deeds and give the details of the property. we shall do the legal scrutiny and let you know about the title of the property, based on this you can decide.

In thz kind of cases, produce the title deeds, family trees, revenue records and all other relevant documents of the property so that we can scrutinize and advise you better. Dont take a chance under PTCL provisions.
