Bike ownership hasn't been changed

I sold my bike 6 months back. That person is not willing to change the ownership to his name even after multiple followups.
What can I do now
Issue legal notice to him through an advocate and mention the transaction details and if he not ready to transfer demand for returning the bike and forfieting the paid amount , take action as early of anything happens you are responsible
