1)amaldaramad under section 109 of up consolidation and holding act after 26 year of section 52 gazette,favour of party by worg manupulation of above ddc exparty order by consolidation officer jagdishpur, Amethi and same manupelated order recorded by revenue inspector in year of 2016
on the above mentioned query please file revision petition against 2016 order and mutation in the Hon'ble Board of Revenue Lucknow.
Hon'ble Board of Revenue is the highest court of revenue.
you have to file a revision petition before commissioner but at present commissioner is not sitting in court so you have an option which is Board of Revenue
