Being forced to gift my property

18-Apr-2024 (In Property Law)
I am being forced by my father to gift a house that is in my name to my sister. I am disabled right now after a failed surgery and living with him so I am economically dependent on him right now so he is able to pressure/blackmail me. Is there anything I can do about it? I was thinking of creating a video of myself in private in his absence saying I am being forced to sign under duress. Is there anything else I can do wherein I sign now but create a paper trail/evidence for me to dispute later?

After registration of Gift Deed you can't raise objection on that Deed. Therefore you need to file police complaint against your father for forcible signature being taking without your free consent.
Thereby police can take appropriate legal action against your father.
