Being a adopted son do I have right in ancestral or my father's property and also want to know where is the case filed if I want my share HC or district

Adoptive son shall be deemed to be the child of his adoptive father or mother for all purposes with effect from the date of the adoption. You have to prove adoption first and the date when you have been adoptive by your adoptive parents. There are few other conditions too. Therefore please consult a lawyer personally and discuss the same.

an adopted son has equal rights as that of the real son in ancestral or your father's property
there is no differentiation between the rights of the two
firstly, the case can be filed only in the district court and not High Court
