Hello, I have perused your query. In these circumstances if by virtue of a forged will some property is purchased. Then you have an option of filing a declaration suit in a civil court of law seeking a declaratory relief i.e. to declare the said sale or purchase as null and void. However, you can simultaneously file a criminal complaint under section 420 IPC directly before the magistrate for cheating. For any further information feel free to reach out to us.

This appears serious. Although you have not explained your facts efficiently but in a nutshell you are alleging that your brother forged a will. This not only attracts section 420 but also 468,406 and other sections. Is the will that he has shown registered? That you have to answer. If the will is registered then it becomes a weak criminal case and you have to take civil route. Contact at 98-188-23-868

Yes, you can go for 420 as well as you can have many other options like filing a civil suit as well as a criminal case regarding the same, but for that, I need to know the case details. Feel free to contact me anytime.
