Before making register Gift Deed earlier registered " will"need to be get cancelled or it may get cancelled automatically.
No, Registered Gift Deed cannot be cancelled automatically. If you have incorporated the Revocation Clause in the Gift Deed when the first time you have registered it, then such a Gift Deed can be revoked on certain terms and conditions by the Donor. Revoking means Cancellation in Layman's terms.
