BBMP NOTICE FOR APARTMENT DEVIATION

I bought a flat in a newly constructed apartment. We have two block in the apartment. Recently only our block has received a notice from BBMP saying the building is not constructed as per the approved plan and to be modified as per the plan approved. Letter contains copy to few of the flat owners and not all. Also recently received notice from BESCOM saying to respond and otherwise electricity will be disconnected.. Need your suggestion on how to handle this situation. Will paying property tax will make any relaxation.
You are saying that your Block received a notice from BBMP, and your solution is paying property tax . To whom? again to BBMP. Once if they had issued notice to you , will they take tax from you ? How many of you have received a notice? if you all come to me I can bring an injunction case against BBMP staying further action till the matter is resolved as per Law.
