BBMP IS STATING RAJA KALUVE WILL PASS ON OUR SITE AS PER THIER OLD MAP

I was allotted a site layout formed by a reputed housing society. Lay out is approved by BDA. My first khata is from BDA. and paid taxes. Now layout is under BBMP. I got the khata from BBMP and I am paying taxes to BBMP online for the past 15 years. some of the site owners have constructed houses. My neighbor is constructing a house on his site. Now BBMP revenue officials have stopped the construction stating Rajakaluve will pass by our sites. My site is vacant and I do not know what to do.
