Bank is asking Latest Certified True Copy of Conveyance Deed

I am buying a floor, bank is asking Latest Certified True Copy of Conveyance Deed for loan disbursement. Can i or bank get it directly from registrar office without the presence of seller. I have the photo copy of original conveyance deed.

If bank is asking certified copy of conveyance deed you have to give him that copy,requirement of loan is your therefore you have to provide the documents to the bank ,why bank will go to take certified copy directly

You can obtain the certified copy of the conveyance deed from the Registrars office on application for the same. As you are purchasing an immovable property you must carry out a due diligence of the property during which you can get the conveyance deed/s.
