Now a days many bank announcing bank Online Bank auction propertys , is it safe to do bidding and win the auction from bank . Feature are we not get any legal issue ?
wild landing on properties banks do some legal verification through their Legal Experts, then when the Maro yaar has defaulted and the property comes up for auction banks use a phrase as is where is condition, I have come across instances where legal issues regarding ownership Came up later , banks have argued that the condition also apply to legality of the title of the property.
