Balcony issue in common area and neighbour give me legal notice

Hello sir,
I have purchased a tenament before 5 years ago, in this tenament there is a balcony which is available on common plot, this balcony is 2.5 ft width and height from ground level is 7 ft and constructed in 1995 around. Now my naieghbour sand me to legal notice for remove this balcony with claiming that his house is behind this common plot and he facing problem for clean air, what should I do???
you give again revert notice for our human easement right and if this illegal so very late dispute comments law says if easement right is help within 2 years after no any cane created dispute for more information or inquiry contect me I give my best reply
