Kya awasiya jameen ka dakhil kharij hota hai? Mere kharidne se pahle woh plot awasiya tha to kya uska dakhil khari ke liye ham apply kar sakte hain jisse Maine per purchase Kiya hai vah general ki jameen hai. SC/ ST ki nahin hai . TO KYA MAIN DAKHIL KHARIJ KE LIYE APPLY KAR SAKTA HUN
on the above mentioned query please note down that if the land is in Nagar nigam so their is no requirement for mutation and if you apply for mutation the application for mutation is dismiss.
but if the land is in gram Sabha then please file immediately the mutation application. it is very important/necessary because if government acquired the land then only the title holder is eligible for the compensation of the land.

Yes you have to get the mutation done even if the property is not agricultural and residential..you will have to see whether the property lies within the notified area of Lucknow development authority or any other city development authority
