Aunt's and dadi planning to sell house after grandfathers death

13-Feb-2023 (In Property Law)
There is my grandfather's house. My grandfather expired in a road accident. There is no Will. We were not living in the house, so my uncles son is staying in the house. Our dadi is also staying in the house. There are my 2 aunt's who are planning with dadi to sell the property. Can we stop the sale? Are we entitled to share in the property?

HI
All of the legal heirs of your grand father will be eligible to claim a share in the property.
In order to stop a sale, you should file a civil suit and ask for injunction against your aunt.
it is a case of intestate death (no will) and hence all of the legal heirs will be eligible to claim a share in the property
