Aunt sold my father's property after his death how to get it back

My grandfather divided property among my father, uncle and 2 aunts. My father died when I was 2yr. My aunt took the part of my father property under her control and sell it by showing that my father was unmarried and now she is only guardian for his property.Kindly help in this regard how we get our property back?
Dear first of all what is your age now.if you are adult than you need do three things.first of all collect that all documents where your aunty claim that your father was not married and put these paper your local police and filled complaints that how your aunty cheat you.secondly you filled complaints in local court that your aunty cheat you and appeal to cancel the sad registerey.third you filled separate case to get status que on related property .due to this new owner will not sell related land.dear you need to get that every proff on which show that your father is married before death and you are his son.
