Audio calls, WhatsApp n text messages videos , cctv , email etc all come under electronic evidences n they are very fruitful n not tedious ..u need to keep them in original form in your mobile phone even after transferring them to other devices ..then u need to attach 65b certificate along with them….they are east to prove as n evidence …

Yes, they are called as Electronic Evidences and they are very well admissible in Court. Please keep the Phone safe as that will be called in the Court and also make copies of the electronic evidence in a pen drive or on online cloud.

No it is not that tedious and they are secondary evidence which are duly admissible before the Court.

Any such evidence needs to be accompanied by a separate certificate certifying its genuineness.
