As per Muslim law, property earned and owned by father.

My father died without any will, he have 5 kids i.e., 3 daughters (2 daughters got married and 1 daughter is single) and 2 sons( married), so according to Muslim Sharia the father's earned and owned property needs to distribute his wife, Daughters and sons, is it right? If yes, what's the procedure to suit for the equal distribution of property.
Younger daughter needs to get marry, brother's are not taking responsibility to bear the marriage expenses of their sister.
hi yes the property needs to be equally distributed among all the family members and if they are not ready to divide the property then you could file suit for partition to equally share the property in shares
