As per Hindu law Father in-law with 2 wife without divorce

Father in-law dnt want to give anything to his fist wife and son he wants to give everything to his sec wife and there daughter's in this case what we can do and what action can be taken
Legally the first wife and son are equally entitled as the second wife and child. A suit can be filed to claim their right which will then process based on civil procedure code. What is lawfully right can be asked for in court.
