What is the procedure that a daughter can get her share in the ancestral/parental property? Specifically in an affluent Jat family belonging to Baghpat district, Uttar Pradesh, where the father expired in May 2021 and since then the sons have been mistreating the family both mentally and socially for property reasons...

hello client as you have mention in your issuue tht daughters want full share in fathers property. yes at present as per law daughters are having full rights in fathers property without any doubt. tht is legal. as the procedure is concern in tht matter procedure goes as per court procedure.

The 2005 amendment to the Hindu Succession Act, 1956, gave equal rights to daughters in ancestral property and also in the coparcenary property of her parents. So you are equally titled in the property of your father as the sons do.
