WILL MY SISTERS GET SHARE IN MY FATHERS SELF ACQUIRED PROPERTY MY FATHER DIED IN 2003 WE R 3 SONS CAN V SELL THE PROPERTY WITHOUT THEIR PERMISSION
Hi,
If the property is not partitioned among all the legal heirs then each of the sister gets 1/3 share in the property of your father as it is self acquired property of your father. Even if you brothers sell the property without their consent they can claim in future.

your question is unclear, you did not mentioned that whether your father has written any will or not, if yes her consent is not required, if not her consent is required without her consent you can not sell the property, she is also co-parcener in your father property.
