approaching court for cancelling mortgage deed CC

My father took a loan of 3L in 2008 from a lender and made a agreement mortgage the property but the lender has given money in cash and not mentioned it in the agreement after that dad paid some of the amount and the lender again made the agreement for 9L including the 3L old and the remaining for the intrest in 2014 and again they came for agreement for 27L in all the agreement he mentioned we took cash but the only amount we took is 3L he is so influenced person that he threatening us in doing

An amount of 3L borrowed in the year 2008 after repeated renewals would become 27L now even in any Bank. The signature of the borrower admitting cash payments by lender and signatures of one or two witnesses is enough to prove the debt. what is the name of the property now ?
