Application u/o 23 rule 3 for recall of order passed case disposed off
28-May-2025 (In Property Law)
In 2003 order passed by civil court " case disposed off as compromised and file be consigned to record room." Now I want to move application u/o 23 rule 3 cpc for recall of order passed on the ground of void ab initio family settlement and lack of jurisdiction because last will dated 12.04.1984 was probated vide order 28.02.1985. Can I file recall application in 2025 ?
