We have constructed the sheds (Iron shops ) after paying bribe to Muni pal commissioner and he left the place and now new commissioner had issued summons to appear before the court . we have converted the tax as well to commercial use , how do we defend and how to proceed . We were served notice mutiplity and they have withdrawn the those after taking bribe and now again they are putting a case for Iron sheds
hi first need to see whether you have valid permission for iron rods and if yes then they are still interfering witb the possession of the property then you could approacb court seeking relief to not to interfere with the possession of the property
