It is imperative for you to file an Appeal before the High Court at the earliest. Also even if there is a delay in filing the same, it can be condoned by the Court. Feel free to contact me for seeking any legal advice as regards the same.

You can challenge the order of the court by filing an appeal or a writ which ever is maintenable. The time limit to file an appeal against any order is 30 days from the date of passing of the order. if you intend to file an appeal you need to apply for the certified copy and obtain the same and pilot along with the appeal.
