Apartment possession delayed since 27-06-2020
16-Dec-2023 (In Property Law)
As per agreement builder agreed to give possession by 27-06-2020. But due to pandemic he said he would do it by Dec by 2020. We understood situation and agreed. But now looks like he took it advantage and delaying longer than expected. It looks like we might not get possession not sooner than oct 2021. Can I take any legal action to make sure builder avoid longer delay?
