Apartment association not giving receipt

I’m staying as a tenant for last 3 years in a apartment, paying 2500 RS maintenance fee. Association never give receipts , not giving bye law documents and charging unreasonable late fee . House owner not helping as he supports association. What are ways to get my recipt? Otherwise they will charge more while I’m vacating or owner will deduct from security deposit. I want them to give me a clear account statement/ recipt for last 3 years ..

registered association for the flat owners should be run properly they should conduct Annual General Meeting and sits at the accounts what are the maintenance amount we are collecting from his house and what are the expenses they have done for the maintenance so get the annual report and in case they fail to give the received for each and every month you can write a letter stating that providing that they should give your receipt otherwise you can ask for the account number so that you can deposit the maintenance amount in account number
