Any appeal filed against lower court ruling for property

Hi Sir/Madam
I am trying to purchase a flat in an apartment (1 acre land). The land was granted to previous owners by land tribunal in 1980 under inam abolition act. Later it was transferred between three parties through sale. IN 2016 an apartment was constructed on the land. Now my question is how will I know whether is any appeal filed against the ruling in higher courts. Also this land was converted from industrial to residential purpose with BDA approval. Is BDA competent authority to approve such conversion in Bangalore

this one acre of land is Land Tribunal property in 1980 under the Inam abolition act it was transferred between three parties process you have to check how it was transferred and what are the documents available with him not only but also I have to check your each and before you buying the land you should take the legal opinion of that property all documents I will give you the legal opinion.
