Actually his father sold all his family of his divided partnership. We purchased from his brother part of land, now he encroached the land and filed false Cases in court against us as manhandled.
hi first need to see the contents of the case filed by him against you and you could file petition to reject the cases and if he had manhandled then you could give police complaint in the matter and then file suit for cancellation
