Ancestral property relinquished by father

Can i claim my ancestral property if that property is relinquished by my father to my uncles? I belong to a hindi family.
sure. you have a right in the ancestral property of the same was not partitioned. till the time it is partitioned, you have a share in the common joint family property. even if it was partitioned, and you suspect that there was some fraud committed in the same, it may be challenged.

Sir, According Hindu Law, a person acquires the right to his or her share in the ancestral property at the time of their birth. A son and daughter can claim his share in an ancestral property even during the lifetime of his father.
