Ancestral property query related to the second marriage of father

Respected sir/Madam , Please suggest me that we have 5acre land of my ancientry property as my grandmother name and now she wants to give me that property but as my father has got married another and she wants claim it as my father is also died so please suggest me in this case..
grant children's have rights on ancestral property ..in Hindu succiosion act as per law ..grand children's are the matured ..parents not have right to sale with out Consent them on this basis grand children can have rights to ask share on that property
