Ancestral Property - My Brother is trying to sell without concern
20-Jun-2025 (In Property Law)
My father passed away and the ancestral property got registered on my Brother name and during the time of sale deed registration in 2016 we both sisters have signed including other large family members group. my father share we got it registered in my brother name. NOW my Brother is selling the ancestral property to 3rd party outsider without our concern. Do we have rights to put a stay or hold on sale registration. And with the advance he received he bought some assets like flats and car.
Being ancestors property all the family members has to sign tat is mandatory rule
It’s call family heirs
Now ur father registered the property on ur brother name and now he sold the property to third party he had the right to sell as ur father has give the powers to your brother he can do anything with his property
Your sisters signatures not needed at all
