03-Nov-2023 (In Property Law)
Sir/Madam My mother had a land which auctioned thru bank in 2004, Reason for auction is it was pledged for a company, run my brother and my mother was partner. This property was purchased in mothers name after selling ancestral properties. Please advice me on taking legal action for claiming my share in the property.

In this case, I would like to know your mother or your family having any other property and further are you having any proof that property brought through the selling of ancestral property. I have a vast practice in that area you can seek my assistance in your matter.

you cannot get back the property as the property was pledged for your company and your mother and her brother is not reading the property so there to court action cru cote the sale was executed 2004 to till date you have not make any action regarding that one your mother or your mother's brother had not make any action so you have no right or claim for the property back to you
