Ancestral property in Himachal Pradesh. Can a will be done? Thank you

Sir/Madam, hope you are doing well. My name is Sherry & I am from himachal. My father had two siblings, one brother & one sister.We have ancestral property from 5 generations. When my grandfather was battling brain tumor my grandmother convinced both sons & daughter to sign on a paper that they are in agreement to whatever their mother decides about the property. The children signed in full faith that mother will eventually distribute equally or fair share. My grandfather passed away in 1995 with a will stating that everything in my grand mom's name. My father passed away in 2009 followed by my chacha in 2016 followed by my grandmother in 2018. My grandmother made a will that everything (except 2%) belongs to my chachi. She even gifted some part of the property to my chachi's son.Now, my question is, can I the granddaughter and having full right on ancestral property file a case to claim the ancestral land and house? Please keep in mind the will and also that my father had give
