Ancestral property dispute. what are my legal options.
29-Jul-2023 (In Property Law)
My mother has built a house which is given by her father .This is not registered.my maternal uncle has registered same plot at the name of her wife.now he is threating to vacate the plot and house.my real Mama become our enemy. My mother has three sister and one brother.My maternal grand father(Nana) is alive now.He is the supporter of his son.my nana is against us. What type of legal action can we take? Will we vacate the plot? Plz suggest

your mama has no right to register the plot in issue to her wife as also he can not under law threaten you to vacate the land/house. Under Hindu succession Act as also under property law you can approach the court foe remedy.
