Ancestral Property Dispute: Matetnal Side Demands Ownrship Fr Ancestra

18-Jan-2025 (In Property Law)
Our is ancestral House. My grandfather were 2 brothers. Only my real grandfather(name A) has children but another grandfather(name B) had none. So only my father was the son in the family. After my grandfathers expired grandmother(wife of B) who has no child line decides to partition the house. She wants to give the half part to her brother. She left the house and started living with her maternal side. That partition case is already in court for last 25 years. She should be above 90 yrs now. Her brother only talk from her side and we have no hearing from her. We doubt of her presence anymore. Does her brother has right to show any ownership of the property. He asks us to pay him the price if we want the house..

according to your case if your grandmother does not create any will in favor of her brother, her brother does not have any right in his sister's property so don't worry about anything here is not possible to explain everything
