Ancestors property under my father name he can sale this ancestors property without wife and son or give to someone else without family permission so tell me how to stop him or how can I get ancestors property from him
If the property truly is ancestral, your father does not have a right to dispose it off without the permission of the other coparceners. At best, he may dispose off his share and that too shall be effectively on paper only if the property is indivisible by metes and bounds. Further and better particulars are needed for an effective opinion.

Hello sir / ma'am. I have perused your query. If the property is ancestral in nature then the right of the son or daughter in an undivided estate arise from the time of their birth. In these circumstances your father is not entitled to sell the whole property, he is entitled to sell only his share or portion of the said property.
