ancestoral and self acquired property

Grandfather made a will & gift deed(10 acres) in the name of my 2 uncles ,the property which was in his name but the property was gained/Earned from ancestral property(4 acres) , My grandfather has no any source of income apart from agricultural income . Pls let me know i can challenge the will & gift deed , will deed executed in 1 year back and gift deed in 5yrs back
