Amount of Land acquired for construction of Highway by NHAI is more.

In 2010 NHAI acquired land and paid the amount. Upon inspection it was found that land acquired in real is more then notification. In 2015 NHAI accepted that they acquired more land after patwari and SDM measured the land. New 3a notification was published for the extra land. The amount they wanted to give was from 2010 plus bank interest, which was rejected by my father. The case is in Aligarh court, NHAI is still not ready to pay the amount by RFCTLARR act, if someone has solution please help.

in 2010 your father's land was acquired but in reality nhai was ready to give the extra money with interest new 3 a notification was publisi hed for the extra land the case is in aligarh court so the court will intervene this is a 14 year old case

on the above mentioned query please clarify the date of order of the lower court in the said concern. from the passing of order, 30 days limitation for filling appeal in board of revenue. so you have to be file appeal in the Hon'ble court of board of revenue against NHAI
