Allotment letter for parking given by builder

Will allotment letter given by builder for parking honored by society after convinence deed is done by builder to society, will society honor the allotment letter given by builder or they can cancel the same on society’s behalf
Parking allotment has to be given of only those land where the Parking Plan is sanctioned by the Municipal Corporation or Development authority, The Society is an administration body and cannot have its own Parking allotments or title on the allotted allotments by the developer/ promoter.
The Society has to accept the Parking allotment as per the Pqrking plan as sanctioned by the Corporation. In case the allotment is outside the Parking plan sanctioned, the same can be addressed with an amicable discussion with Builder/ promoter, and cleared accordingly. Society has received conveyance from the developer itself and has to clarify the parking allotments for all practical purposes.
